Describe Your Purpose

In the words of Brene Brown, “vulnerability is not weakness, it is our greatest measure of courage”. Therapy success rates are often dictated by the 'ideal client-therapist fit'. Throughout the therapy process clients should feel heard, validated, proactively motivated, and empowered.

With each patient we utilize a case-specific approach, tailoring evidence-based clinical modalities for a customized and effective therapy experience.

MORE ABOUT ME

my Practice

Whether you are seeking traditional psychotherapy or specialized approaches in neurobiological healing of trauma/adverse life experiences, my work focuses on providing relational, humanistic, and trauma-trained care. I utilize Somatic Experience in psychotherapy as needed/upon request to address core issues, issues that are not easily resolved through traditional talk therapy. Other utilized modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Attachment-focused therapies, among others.
